VERBAL BLUNDER
Poems
Monday, November 27, 2017
While reading THE PORTABLE EMERSON New Edition.
I smell
the sweet smell of trees
in the leaves
of this book,
I hear the purling bubbles
of a running brook.
The forest sings
and then leaves.
